The Global Certificate allows you to gain points and certificates for taking part in events and activities with a global focus. Work your way up through Bronze, Silver, and Gold and go the extra mile by organising your own event to gain the exclusive Platinum Award! We have now introduced a dedicated Blackboard page specifically for the Global Certificate!
The Global Certificate is for anyone who has an interest in developing their global mindset and meeting people from a range of cultures and backgrounds. It is also a great way to develop your ability to reflect on the skills and knowledge you’ve gained through global activity!
Through a wide programme of events and activities, Global Certificate students are also able to explore cities both abroad and, in the UK, making new friends along the way. There is a variety of opportunities available through the Global Certificate so you can build a programme that is suitable to you.
Each time you attend an event or activity with a global focus, you can submit a reflection entry and photos of the event. The LIBS Global Experiences Team will review the entry and award you points depending on the level of detail in the reflection and how the activity or event benefitted you professionally or personally.

How to sign up
Signing up to the Global Certificate is easy!
Point the camera on your phone at the QR code or follow the link to the Microsoft Form asking you a few details.
Once this has been completed, you will receive an email with more details and information welcoming you to the Global Certificate!
